Each took months of research, testing and tasting to land upon the just right formula of authentic flavours that enable anyone to entertain with ease.
When you get things right at the start, it shows in the final product. We source the highest quality ingredients directly from our homelands, working closely with our growers to ensure authentic goodness all around.
Drying is an important step in producing fine quality spices. Get it wrong and you lose the flavour and aroma. But get it right, and you enhance the spices’ natural flavours to bring wow to every meal. We’re sticklers for proper drying, using natural sunlight to draw out the very best of our ingredients.
Purity is the most desired quality in any food product. We use scientific methods to remove every last impurity—it means we can be certain we’re using only 100% pure whole spices for our blends. With no added sugar, fillers or other ingredients, you get the most authentic flavour every time.
Here’s where it gets really interesting. Grinding influences the colour and flavour of spices! Unlike most conventional spice brands, we use a unique, multi-stage gringing process with a controlled temperature system. This preserves the spices’ volatile oils, maximising their natural flavours, tastes and colours.
