• Refunds and returns

    Return or exchange requests can be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
    To be eligible for return, products must be in the exact condition you received them in. All packaging material must be undamaged and unused with any tags intact and in its original packaging.
    To start a return or exchange of any items, please email us at orders@jidakitchen.com, clearly mentioning your order number. Upon reviewing your return request, we will review and process your request and if eligible for return, we will ask you to send the products in its original packaging to the following address:

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation fees might be charged.
    Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or any seals are broken.
    The refund will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery or return postage.
    If your refund is approved, then it will automatically be credited to the original method of payment, within 10-14 working days from receiving the products .
    We reserve the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to users.

  • Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can look into the issue and make it right.

  • Exceptions/non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as unsealed food products) or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
