I have really enjoyed using these spices. They're really versatile and can be used as a seasoning or as a rub or marinade on meats and vegetables. The kickin' orange spice blend was especially good as a rub on chicken which was then lightly fried. The smokin' red blend was really good stirred into a bean salad to give it some extra flavour.
