Jida Greek Fish Fillet
This Jida Greek fish fillet recipe takes the classic baked fish fillet to a whole new level. We've taken this dish from the Greek islands and adapted it to your own kitchen. Flakey and juicy, it is as fresh as the sea.

Ingredients
For the fish

4-6 fresh fish fillets (sea bass, cod or haddock)

4 teaspoons of Jida's “Breezy Black Blend”

4-6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

3 garlic cloves, crushed

4-6 fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

1 lemon, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and Jida’s "Breezy Black Blend" until well blended.

Step 2
Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400 °F and prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper. Place the fish skin-side down, onto the prepared tray and brush with “Breezy Black Blend” and oil mix.

Step 3
Place the rosemary sprigs and fresh lemon slices evenly over the fish and bake in the preheated oven for about 11 minutes or until the fish is slightly golden brown.

As every oven temperature is a bit different, keep an eye on the fish while baking it as the fish can get dry quite quickly
