Ingredients

  • 500g / 18oz tagliatelle / fettuccine /spaghetti pasta

  • 80g / 3oz butter

  • Zest of 2 lemons

  • 2 lemons, juiced

  • 3 teaspoons Jida’s Breezy Black Blend

  • 10 fresh sage leaves, chopped (optional)

  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

    Step 1

    Add the butter, fresh lemon zest to a large pan over medium heat and stir until the butter is melted.

    Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and stir in the chopped sage and 3 teaspoons of Jida’s Breezy Black Blend; cook for 3 minutes and set aside.

    Follow package instructions to cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes or until al dente.
